The bios for the new Directors are on the we site.

Laurie then presented the Sponsors; which are on the web site.  She also thanked Richard Wimmer, along with Bob Smith, for spearheading the Sponsorship program.

New Business - nothing to report
Questions/Answers - nothing from those present

In closing, Roger stated that as a former educator his passion was to set up a scholarship fund through the Foundation.  He and Rozier met with Gulf Coast Community Foundation regarding this effort.  However, Take Stock in Children (TSIC) made application for  a Grant 3 years ago and have been awarded a Grant annually since then.

There being no further business, a motion was made by Dale Kirkland; seconded by Rozier Sharp and unanimously agreed to adjourn the meeting at 10:35 a.m.
