dscn0815 500x375On Wednesday April 22, 2020 the Foundation will hold its 10th Annual Golf Tournament to support charities serving North Port.  After a continental breakfast, there will be an 8:00am shotgun start, followed by lunch, prizes and raffles.  New this year, will be drawings for prizes among those teams not placing in the tournament so everyone can win 1st Place. BROCHURE  or SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This is to announce that at its 2020 Annual Meeting of Members held on
Friday January 17, the membership elected the following the Board of Directors:

Thanks to the participation and enthusiasm of our members and fund-raiser board 2attendees, the Foundation is thrilled to announce that we were able to grant $58,116 in 2019 to 27 charitable organizations that help North Port.  With this award, the HCCF celebrates reaching total grants awarded of $361,777 since 2011.  Again, this is only possible because of the dedicated support of Heron Creek residents and members.  Thank you so much.

discountIn response to suggestions and in an effort to make it even easier for members, the Board is now offering new discounted pre-paid memberships.  This will allow members to avoid missing their renewal dates, provide members some savings and reduce work on our volunteers.  The new available plans are explained below.

The HCCF Board of Directors is extending an invitation to jump on the band wagon and feel the joy of being involved with an institution whose sole purpose is "giving back" to help those in need in the North Port community.   These days, due to many factors like Red Tide and low wages, many North Port families are in need.
