grants 2 pic standardThe Board of Directors announces that applications for 2019 Grant awards may now be filed.  Celebrating more than $300,00 in grant awards through 2018, the Board reminds any 501(c)(3) organization that you must meet the criteria for 2019.  Applications can be filed through September 30, 2019.  The criteria and application forms can be found under "Grants" or by clicking HERE.

thank youcartoon golferThe Board of Directors would like to thank all those who attended or otherwise contributed to the Golf Tournament on April 12.  Your support and generosity made the effort a huge success.  As a result, the preliminary numbers show that a record amount was made.  This support by everyone will directly result in greater funds being distributed to local charities that support North Port citizens.  Check out the pictures at PHOTOS or click "Read More" below to see more.  

discountIn response to suggestions and in an effort to make it even easier for members, the Board is now offering new discounted pre-paid memberships.  This will allow members to avoid missing their renewal dates, provide members some savings and reduce work on our volunteers.  The new available plans are explained below.
This is to announce that at its 2019 Annual Meeting of Members, held on Monday January 18, the membership elected the following new members to serve on the Board of Directors:

The HCCF Board of Directors is extending an invitation to jump on the band wagon and feel the joy of being involved with an institution whose sole purpose is "giving back" to help those in need in the North Port community.   These days, due to many factors like Red Tide and low wages, many North Port families are in need.
